Appointments Listing Report

This listing report can be pulled daily to show who is scheduled, who needs to be confirmed, and what medical records to pull. It is sorted by resource name, appointment time, beginning time, and event. The only total is a count of appointments for each resource. You can run the Daily Appointments Listing report prior to the patients coming in to the office. This enables you to look at the patients' qualifying authorizations and referrals. From the Report Filter: Appointments Listing under Filter 1 you can set the conditions for the data that you want to print on the Appointments Listing report by setting the Appt Statuses field as Cancelled, Expected, Kept, No Show, or Pending. To list appointments of all statuses, select <none> from the drop down box or leave the Appt Statuses field blank. The options are also available to display only, exclude, or include all statuses of Confirmed, Deleted, Rescheduled, and Retained appointments. The application also provides the option to show the

Statistical Analysis of Appointments Report

The Statistical Analysis of Appointments report gives counts of scheduled, kept, canceled, no-shows, and a percentage breakdown of kept, canceled, and no-shows. Deleted appointments can be included or not. The report is sorted by resource and appointment date, with total records shown for each resource. Note: Calculations for this report is done based on the appointment date. Ensure to include the appointment date column to get accurate results. To access the report in NextGen® Enterprise PM, select the Reports menu and select Scheduling and then select Statistical Analysis of Appointments. Kept Appointments with No Charges Report

The Kept Appointments with No Charges report shows patients that kept an appointment but had no charges entered. It is sorted by: Resource name Beginning time The report provides no totals. The application provides the option to show the patient chart balance (the total balance due for that patient chart) on the report and enables you to sort by the chart balance. You can show the patient self balance ( Pat Slf Bal) , which is that portion of the total balance due for which the patient is responsible. To access the report in NextGen® Enterprise PM, select the Reports menu and select Scheduling and the select Kept Appointments w/no Charges. Accounting for Kept Appointments

To account for kept appointments at the end of each day, run the Kept Appointments with No Charges report. The report shows patient appointments with a Kept status that do not yet have charges entered on the associated encounter. The report is sorted by: Resource name Beginning time The report provides no totals. Scheduling Reports

The Scheduling reports category includes various reports that you can use to review appointment information for patients in your practice. The reports can help you monitor and manage appointments and assist with your internal scheduling processes in NextGen® Enterprise PM.
