Kept Appointments with No Charges Report
To account for kept appointments at the end of each day, run the Kept Appointments with No Charges report. The report shows patient appointments with a Kept status that do not yet have charges entered on the associated encounter. The report is sorted by:
- Resource name
- Beginning time
The report provides no totals.
NextGen® Enterprise PM provides the option to show the patient chart balance (the total balance due for that patient chart) on the report and allows you to sort by the chart balance. You can show the patient self balance ( Pat Slf Bal) , which is that due portion of the total balance, the patient is responsible for.
To access the report in NextGen® Enterprise PM, select the Reports menu and select Scheduling and then select Kept Appointments w/no Charges.
