The
Statistical Analysis of Appointments report gives counts of scheduled, kept, canceled, no-shows, and a percentage breakdown of kept, canceled, and no-shows. Deleted appointments can be included or not. The report is sorted by resource and appointment date, with total records shown for each resource.
Note: Calculations for this report is done based on the appointment date. Ensure to include the appointment date column to get accurate results.
To access the report in NextGen® Enterprise PM, select the Reports menu and select Scheduling and then select Statistical Analysis of Appointments.
