Graph a Report

After generating a report, you can graph the report to see the report data in a graphical format.

  1. Select the Graph Report button on the Report toolbar.
    The report graph window opens.
  2. In the Select row for the graph field, from the drop-down list, select one of the rows from your report to use as your X axis.
  3. In the Select column for the graph field, from the drop-down list, select one of the columns from your report to use as your Y axis.
  4. Select Graph.
    A graph of the report appears.

  5. At this point, you can do one of the following:you can select from the two toolbar buttons that display on the graph window: Print or Exit.
    • You can select Print or Exit.
    • You can right-click to display the Chart Formatting shortcut menu.
