Enterprise Class

The Enterprise Class tab lists all enterprise classes. The enterprise class has member classes that are mapped to the various practices that you have access to. On the Enterprise Classes tab, you can define a group of classifications for the resources across various practices for which you want to schedule appointments. In Enterprise Appointment Search Ahead window, you can search by a resource or by an enterprise class to find the first available time slot without logging in and out of practices. For example, if there is a class for General Consultation in Practice A and a class for Consultation in Practice B, in Enterprise Scheduling Administration window, you can define an Enterprise Class for Consultation and add both Practice A and Practice B as member classes and group them to find the available time slot for resources in practice A and practice B from Enterprise Appointment Search Ahead window. Resources - Enterprise Scheduling Admin

The Resources tab on the Enterprise Scheduling Administration window lists the various resources like people, places, and things that you need while scheduling an appointment using the Enterprise Appointment Search Ahead window. Note: The configuration of Classes, Resources, Member Events, and Service Locations that are defined on the Enterprise Scheduling Administration window is shown in the available slots on the Enterprise Appointment Search Ahead window. If any of these configurations are missed, then you cannot see the slots on the Enterprise Appointment Search Ahead window. The Resource tab has the following information. Resource: Enterprise resource name. Type: Type of resource (person, place, or thing). Interval: Time interval defined for the resource. Note: The Interval column appears only when the Allow interval overrides check box is selected in Practice Preferences > Appt Scheduling. Enterprise Events

The Enterprise Events tab lists the enterprise events which include the member events from various practices with the duration listed for each event. These enterprise events appear on the Enterprise Appointment Search Ahead window while scheduling an appointment for the member events. For example, in the Enterprise Event tab, define an enterprise event as "Established Patient Visits" and add member events like "Est Patient Visit" and "Establish Pt Visit" from various practices. When you search for "Established Patient Visits" in Enterprise Appointment Search Ahead window, then all member event slots for "Est Patient Visit"and "Establish Pt Visit" appear in the results field. Add Enterprise Events

In NextGen® Enterprise PM, select Scheduling Administration > Enterprise Scheduling Administration. The Enterprise Scheduling Administration window opens. On the Enterprise Events tab, select the open menu button, and then select New. The Add Enterprise Events window opens. Enter the name of the enterprise event. Enter the details of the enterprise event. Select the open menu button in the Add Enterprise Events window. The Events Selection window opens. Select the desired practice from the Practices drop down list. The Events column displays the events for the selected practice. Select the desired events from the list, and select OK to include them in the enterprise event. The selected events appear in the Member Events column on the Add Enterprise Events window. Search for member events using the Search field. Select the check box next to the member events to include them in the enterprise event, or clear the check box to remove them from the enterprise event. Select OK. The enterpris

Events Tab - Sched Admin

On the Events tab, you define the various types of appointments that will be scheduled for patients in the practice. Note: When you select the Enable Enterprise Appointment Scheduling option in the Practice Preferences window, the Scheduling Administration window name changes to Practice Scheduling Administration. Existing events are listed on the tab with the following information: Event: Name of the event. Short: Short description for the event (1 - 3 characters). Duration: Default duration for the event, in minutes. Color: Background color defined for the event.
