The Enterprise Events tab lists the enterprise events which include the member events from various practices with the duration listed for each event. These enterprise events appear on the Enterprise Appointment Search Ahead window while scheduling an appointment for the member events.
For example, in the
Enterprise Event tab, define an enterprise event as "Established Patient Visits" and add member events like "Est Patient Visit" and "Establish Pt Visit" from various practices. When you search for "Established Patient Visits" in
Enterprise Appointment Search Ahead window, then all member event slots for "Est Patient Visit"and "Establish Pt Visit" appear in the results field.
Note: The configuration of Classes, Resources, Member Events, and Service Locations that are defined on the Enterprise Scheduling Administration window is shown in the available slots on the Enterprise Appointment Search Ahead window. If any of these configurations are missed, you cannot see the slots on the Enterprise Appointment Search Ahead window.
The Enterprise Events tab has the following information.
- Event: Event name
- Short: Short description of the event (1 - 3 characters)
- Duration: Default duration of the event, in minutes
- Color: Background color defined for the event
You can access the following options using the open menu or context menu.
- New: To create an enterprise event
- Open: To open an enterprise event
- Hide: To hide unhide an enterprise event
- Print: To print an Enterprise Event Listing report
Note: If a practice is added or removed, the Edit Enterprise Events window displays only the member events that are accessible for that practice.
