Service Location - Enterprise Scheduling Admin

The Service Locations tab lists the service locations in various practices. The service locations defined on this tab appear on the Enterprise Appointment Search Ahead window. Only those locations for which you can schedule an appointment, appear on the Service Locations tab. Note: The configuration of Resources, Member Events, and Service Locations that are defined on the Enterprise Scheduling Administration window is shown in the available slots on the Enterprise Appointment Search Ahead window. If any of these configurations are missed, then you cannot see the slots on the Enterprise Appointment Search Ahead window. You can view the following information on this tab. Service Location: Location name Practice: Practice name for the service location You can access the following options using the open menu or context menu. Open: To open the service location Print: To print a Service Location report Edit Service Locations You can add an existing service locations across various practices

Resources - Enterprise Scheduling Admin

The Resources tab on the Enterprise Scheduling Administration window lists the various resources like people, places, and things that you need while scheduling an appointment using the Enterprise Appointment Search Ahead window. Note: The configuration of Classes, Resources, Member Events, and Service Locations that are defined on the Enterprise Scheduling Administration window is shown in the available slots on the Enterprise Appointment Search Ahead window. If any of these configurations are missed, then you cannot see the slots on the Enterprise Appointment Search Ahead window. The Resource tab has the following information. Resource: Enterprise resource name. Type: Type of resource (person, place, or thing). Interval: Time interval defined for the resource. Enterprise Events

The Enterprise Events tab lists the enterprise events which include the member events from various practices with the duration listed for each event. These enterprise events appear on the Enterprise Appointment Search Ahead window while scheduling an appointment for the member events. For example, in the Enterprise Event tab, define an enterprise event as "Established Patient Visits" and add member events like "Est Patient Visit" and "Establish Pt Visit" from various practices. When you search for "Established Patient Visits" in Enterprise Appointment Search Ahead window, then all member event slots for "Est Patient Visit"and "Establish Pt Visit" appear in the results field. Add Enterprise Class

In NextGen® Enterprise PM, select Scheduling Administration > Enterprise Scheduling Administration. The Enterprise Scheduling Administration window opens. On the Enterprise Classes tab, select open menu and select New. The Add Enterprise Classes window opens. In Enterprise Classification field, enter the name of the enterprise class. In the Details field, enter the details of the enterprise class. Select open menu in the Add Enterprise Classes window. The Classes Selection window opens. Select the desired practice from the Practices drop down list. The Classes section displays a list of classes in the selected practice. Select the desired classes from the list, and select OK to include them in the enterprise class. The selected classes appear in the Member Classes column on the Add Enterprise Classes window. Search for member classes using the Search field. Select or clear the check box next to the member classes to include them in the enterprise class or remove them from the enterpris

Enterprise Scheduling Administration

In NextGen® Enterprise PM, Enterprise Scheduling Administration is available if you have access to more than one practice for which the Enable Enterprise Scheduling Administration practice preference is enabled and Enterprise Scheduling Administration permission in System Administration is set to Yes. You can open Enterprise Scheduling Administration in the following ways. By selecting Admin> Scheduling Admin> Enterprise. By selecting the icon in Appointment Book. The Enterprise Scheduling Administration window has the following tabs: Enterprise Class Resources Enterprise Events Service Locations Enterprise Class You can view, add, edit, and delete enterprise classes, and print an enterprise class listing report. Print Enterprise Class

In NextGen® Enterprise PM, select Scheduling Administration > Enterprise Scheduling Administration. The Enterprise Scheduling Administration window opens. On the Enterprise Class tab, select the enterprise class that you want to print. Select open menu , and select Print. The Enterprise Classification enhanced report opens. Note: The report has the Columns, Filter 2, Sort, and Totals options. On the report, select . The report is printed with the following details of the enterprise class. Enterprise Classification Details Member Class Practice Name Hidden PracticesNote: If there is a hidden practice in the enterprise class, the Hidden Practice column shows "Y" when you print the Enterprise Classification enhanced report.
