Modify Enterprise Class

  1. In NextGen® Enterprise PM, select Scheduling Administration > Enterprise Scheduling Administration.
    The Enterprise Scheduling Administration window opens.
  2. On the Enterprise Classes window, select an enterprise class.
  3. Select open menu , and then select Edit.
    The Edit Enterprise Classes window opens.
  4. To change the enterprise class name, enter the new name in Enterprise Classification field.
    If the name already exists, a message appears stating that the class already exists.
  5. Add or remove member classes.
    If a practice is added or removed, then the Edit Enterprise Classes window updates to show only those member classes that are accessible for that practice.
  6. Select OK.
