Modify Enterprise Events
In
NextGen® Enterprise PM
, select
Scheduling Administration > Enterprise Scheduling Administration
.
The
Enterprise Scheduling Administration
window opens.
On the
Enterprise Events
tab, select the enterprise event.
Select the open menu
button, and then select
Edit
.
The
Edit Enterprise Events
window opens.
To change the enterprise event name, enter the new name in
Enterprise Event
field.
If the name already exists, a message appears stating that the event already exists.
Add or remove member classes.
If a practice is added or removed, the
Edit Enterprise Events
window displays only the member events that are accessible for that practice.
Select
OK
.

Hide Enterprise Events
You can hide an enterprise event. The hidden enterprise event and the associated member events are no longer available for selection on the Enterprise Appointment Search Ahead window. In NextGen® Enterprise PM, select Scheduling Administration > Enterprise Scheduling Administration.The > Enterprise Scheduling Administrationwindow opens. On the Enterprise Events tab, select the enterprise event. Select the open menu , and select Hide.A message appears to confirm if you want to hide the selected event. Select OK. Add Enterprise Events
In NextGen® Enterprise PM, select Scheduling Administration > Enterprise Scheduling Administration. The Enterprise Scheduling Administration window opens. On the Enterprise Events tab, select the open menu button, and then select New. The Add Enterprise Events window opens. Enter the name of the enterprise event. Enter the details of the enterprise event. Select the open menu button in the Add Enterprise Events window. The Events Selection window opens. Select the desired practice from the Practices drop down list. The Events column displays the events for the selected practice. Select the desired events from the list, and select OK to include them in the enterprise event. The selected events appear in the Member Events column on the Add Enterprise Events window. Search for member events using the Search field. Select the check box next to the member events to include them in the enterprise event, or clear the check box to remove them from the enterprise event. Select OK. The enterpris

Unhide Enterprise Events
If an enterprise event was hidden by mistake, you can unhide it. In NextGen® Enterprise PM, select Scheduling Administration > Enterprise Scheduling Administration.The Enterprise Scheduling Administration window opens. On the Enterprise Events tab, select the Include Hidden Items option.The hidden enterprise events appear in the list of enterprise events. The hidden events are indicated with the Hide icon on the left. From the list of enterprise events, select the desired hidden event. Select the open menu button or right-select and select Hide from the menu. The Hide icon is removed indicating that the event is no longer hidden. Parent topic: Enterprise Events

Print Enterprise Events
In NextGen® Enterprise PM. select Scheduling Administration > Enterprise Scheduling Administration.The Enterprise Scheduling Administration window opens. On the Enterprise Events tab, select the enterprise event that you want to print. Select the open menu button, and then select Print.The Enterprise Events enhanced report opens. Note: The report has the Columns, Filter 2, Sort, and Totals options. On the report, select .The report is printed with the following details of the enterprise event. View Hidden Enterprise Events
In NextGen® Enterprise PM, select Scheduling Administration > Enterprise Scheduling Administration.The Enterprise Scheduling Administration window opens. On the Enterprise Events tab, select the Include Hidden Items optionThe hidden items are indicated with the Hide icon on the left. The hidden enterprise events appear in the list of enterprise events.
