Modify Enterprise Events

  1. In NextGen® Enterprise PM, select Scheduling Administration > Enterprise Scheduling Administration.
    The Enterprise Scheduling Administration window opens.
  2. On the Enterprise Events tab, select the enterprise event.
  3. Select the open menu button, and then select Edit.
    The Edit Enterprise Events window opens.
  4. To change the enterprise event name, enter the new name in Enterprise Event field.
    If the name already exists, a message appears stating that the event already exists.
  5. Add or remove member classes.
    If a practice is added or removed, the Edit Enterprise Events window displays only the member events that are accessible for that practice.
  6. Select OK.
