Access NextGen® Enterprise PM. From the Admin menu, select Preferences, and then Significant Events. The Significant Event Information window appears. Activate Significant Events
In NextGen® Enterprise PM, select Admin > Preferences > Significant Events. The Significant Events Information window opens and displays the following columns: Significant Events: Lists all the significant events the application tracks. Level: Specifies whether the application tracks significant events across the entire enterprise or system or for individual practices. Access NextGen® Enterprise PM. From the Reports menu, select General, and then Significant Events. The NextGen Report Filter window appears.
