Select the desired

for the report.

Generate the Significant Events Report
Access the NextGen® Enterprise PM application. Open NextGen® Enterprise PM. From the menu, select Reports, and then select General > Significant Events. In Report Filter: Significant Events, set the report filters. Ensure that at least the Chart and Person event source options are selected. Select OK. The report generates. Significant Events Report
The Significant Events report provides an audit trail for specific user activity that has occurred within the NextGen Enterprise applications. These are known as significant events. When a significant event occurs, a message is recorded in each patient's chart. The message includes the name of the user that performed the event, the date/time the event occurred, and both pre-modification and post-modification information. Some significant events are System Level and are recorded for all practices in all enterprises. Other events are Enterprise Level and are recorded for all practices within the same enterprise. Other events are Practice Level and are recorded for the practice(s) in which they have been enabled. Enable the 'Reports Ran By User' Significant Event
Access NextGen® Enterprise PM. From the Admin menu, select Preferences, and then Significant Events. The Significant Event Information window appears. Open Report Filter
