Significant Events
.
The
Significant Event Information
window appears.
Select the check box for the desired significant events.
To save changes and close the window, select

Significant Events for Encounters
Once enabled, significant event messages are recorded in the Patient Chart > Clinical History/Notes tab when the event occurs. Significant Event messages for encounters include the following: Encounter Accessed Encounter Alternate Diagnosis Mapped Encounter Bad Debt Status has reached $0 Balance Encounter Bill Printed Encounter Charge Alternate Diagnosis Mapped Encounter Charge Deleted Encounter Collections Agency Change Encounter Deleted Encounter Diagnosis Viewed Encounter Field Modified Encounter Guarantor Changed Encounter Insurance Deleted Encounter Insurance Re-Ordered Encounter Locked Encounter Lookup Criteria Encounter Rate Adjustment Reversed Encounter Rate SIM and Amount Removed Encounter Status Change Encounter Unlocked Enable Significant Events for Encounters There may be modifications made to patient encounters. NextGen Enterprise PM
Access the NextGen® Enterprise PM. From the Admin menu, select Preferences, and then Significant Events. The Significant Event Information window opens. Select or deselect the check box for the desired System Level, Enterprise Level or Practice Level significant events. To save changes and close the window, select OK. Activate Significant Events
In NextGen® Enterprise PM, select Admin > Preferences > Significant Events. The Significant Events Information window opens and displays the following columns: Significant Events: Lists all the significant events the application tracks. Level: Specifies whether the application tracks significant events across the entire enterprise or system or for individual practices. Enable the 'Reports Ran By User' Significant Event
Access NextGen® Enterprise PM. From the Admin menu, select Preferences, and then Significant Events. The Significant Event Information window appears. Open NextGen® Enterprise PM. From the Admin menu, select Preferences, and then Significant Events. The Significant Event Information window opens. Select the check boxes for the following practice-level events.
