Create or Modify an AutoFlow Sequence

Open File Maintenance. Select System from the Master Files section, then select PM, and then select AutoFlow Sequences.The AutoFlow Sequences List window opens. Do one of the following: To add a item, select the Open Menu button, and then select New. To modify an existing item, select the item in the list, select the Open Menu button, and then select Open. You can also double-click to open the item. The Autoflow Sequence Information window opens and displays the items that are included in the sequence. Note: The Forms or Label Templates section, or both display if you add Print Forms or Print Labels to the Screen/Item list. Autoflow Sequences Master File

You can add the NextGen® PxP Portal enrollment workflow to a check-in or check-out AutoFlow Sequence in the AutoFlow Sequences master file in File Maintenance. By adding this workflow, you can ensure that the patient is enrolled to NextGen® PxP Portal during check-in or check-out in NextGen® Enterprise PM. The following NextGen® PxP Portal AutoFlow Sequence items are available for you to select in the AutoFlow Sequences master file.
