You can add the NextGen® PxP Portal enrollment workflow to the AutoFlow Sequence so that practice users can send enrollment invitation email to patients during check-in or check-out in NextGen® Enterprise PM..
- Log on to File Maintenance.
- Under Master Files, select .
The
AutoFlow Sequences List window opens.
- In the AutoFlow Sequences list, double-click the AutoFlow Sequence you want to edit.
The
AutoFlow Sequence Information window opens.

- Select
on the AutoFlow Sequence Information window.
The
AutoFlow Screen/Item Selection window opens.
- To add NextGen® PxP Portal enrollment workflows to Autoflow Sequence, do the following:
- In the AutoFlow Screen/Item Selection window, select Patient Portal Enrollment - Not Enrolled, Patient Portal Enrollment - Pending, or Patient Portal Enrollment - Declined/Deferred item from the Available list.
- Select
. to move the selected items to the Included list.
- Select OK.
The
Patient Portal Enrollment - Not Enrolled,
Patient Portal Enrollment - Pending, or
Patient Portal Enrollment - Declined/Deferred items are now added to your AutoFlow Sequence list and appears on the
AutoFlow Sequence Information window.
Note: In File Maintenance, Patient Portal Enrollment - Not Enrolled, Patient Portal Enrollment - Pending, and Patient Portal Enrollment - Declined/Deferred AutoFlow Sequence items are grouped together.
- To reorder the items in the flow, select the item, then do one of the following:
- Select Promote
or Demote
to move the item up or down in the list.
- Select the double up/down arrow

to move the item to the top or bottom of the list.
- Select OK to save the changes.
