Appointment Lookup Results Settings

The following table describes the columns that are available in the Appointment List section of the Appointment Lookup window:

Column	Description
Auto Size Column	You must select this option to automatically resize the selected column to fit the content.
Auto Size All Columns	You must select this option to automatically resize all the columns in the Appointment List to fit the content.
Date/Time	Displays the date and time from the Edit Appointment window.
Patient	Displays the last, first, and middle names of the patient from the Add Patient Information or Update Patient Information window.
Description	Displays the text from the Description field of the Edit Appointment window. Note: The patient's last and first names appear in this column by default.
Event	Displays the Event selected in the Edit Appointment window.
Resource	Displays the Resource selected in the Edit Appointment window.
Location	Displays the Service Location selected in the Edit Appointment window.
Status	Displays the current status of the appointment. Following are the appointment statuses: Cancelled Expected Kept No Show Pending
SS Nbr	Displays the SS Nbr for the patient from the Person/Patient Information window.
Med Rec	Displays the medical record number for the patient from the Add Patient Information or Update Patient Information window. Note: The medical record number appears only for patients with a patient chart.
Birth Dt	Displays the birth date of the patient from the Add Patient Information or Update Patient Information window.
Confirmed	A green check mark appears for appointments that are confirmed in the Edit Appointment window.
Deleted	A green check mark appears for deleted appointments.
Retained	A green check mark appears for retained appointments.
Resched	A green check mark appears for when you reschedule appointments.
User-Defined 1 - 8	Displays information from the User-Defined fields 1 - 8 on the Edit Appointment window. Note: These columns are available only if the Appointment User Defined fields are created in the Appt Scheduling tab of the Practice Preferences window.
Other ID Nbr	Displays the Other ID Number from the Ext tab of the Add Patient Information or Update Patient Information window.
Ext ID	Displays the External ID Number from the Ext tab of the Add Patient Information or Update Patient Information window.
Elig Status	Displays the eligibility status for appointments where an eligibility request is submitted using NextGen® Eligibility Verification.
Elig Response	Displays the eligibility response for appointments where an eligibility request is submitted using NextGen® Eligibility Verification.
Per Nbr	Displays the system-assigned person number.
Onset Date	Displays the onset date from the Encounter Maintenance window.
Case Desc	Displays the case description for the case linked to the appointment.
Provider Subgrouping 1 and 2	Displays the Provider Subgroupings linked to the rendering provider in the Providers master file in File Maintenance. Note: The provider subgrouping names are defined in the General tab of the Enterprise Preferences window.
Location Address	Displays the address for the location linked to each appointment. Note: The location address are defined in the Locations master file in File Maintenance.
Workflow Status	Displays the Workflow Status for the appointment that are defined in NextGen® Enterprise EHR.
Elig Date	Displays the eligibility date for appointments where an eligibility request is submitted using NextGen® Eligibility Verification.
CoPay	Displays the primary insurance Co-Payment amount from the Detail tab of the Insurance Maintenance window.
Enr Sts	Displays the Patient Portal Enrollment Status that indicates the patient's current status in NextGen® PxP Portal, such as Not Enrolled, Pending and Completed. For more information, go to the NextGen Healthcare Success Community and download the NextGen® PxP Portal Provider Guide for NextGen Enterprise PM.
Patient Portal	Displays either Y or N indicating whether the person or patient is enrolled in the NextGen® PxP Portal.
Sex	Displays the birth sex from the Add Patient Information or Update Patient Information window.
Gender Identity	Displays the gender for the patient from the Add Patient Information or Update Patient Information window.
Suffix	Displays the suffix of the patient from the Add Patient Information or Update Patient Information window.
Current Gender	Displays the Current Gender of the patient from the Add Patient Information or Update Patient Information window.
Group Name	Displays the name of the Patient Group that you selected when scheduling the group appointment.
Primary Appt Payer	Displays the name of the primary appointment insurance attached to the appointment.
Secondary Appt Payer	Displays the name of the secondary appointment insurance attached to the appointment.
Tertiary Appt Payer	Displays the name of the tertiary appointment insurance attached to the appointment.
Self Pay	Displays Y if the Self Pay checkbox is checked, and N if it is not checked.
Copay	Displays copay from the insurance maintenance enterprise or practice level copay field for the primary appointment insurance attached to the appointment.
Deductible	Displays deductible from insurance maintenance deductible field for the primary appointment insurance attached to the appointment.
