Wait List Report
The Wait List report provides a listing of patients in the practice that are on a wait list. It differs from the Appointment Wait List Process report, because it shows all patients on a wait list, not just the Wait List Items that matched an open slot on the appointment schedule. Information from this report can help determine why a match wasn't found or which patients have been on a wait list for a long time.
To access the report in NextGen® Enterprise PM, select the Reports menu and select Scheduling and then select Wait List.
