You can create a rental arrangement for a patient using the Rental Information under Patient Information . You can use the open menu to create, open, delete, copy or delete a rental.
You can set up a new patient rental on the Rental Information window with information, such as the Service Item(SIM), Current Procedural Terminology (CPT), SIM Desc (SIM Description) and Charges derived from the Charge Posting window. A rental can have a specific number of assocated billed, unbilled and in-progress encounters. You can view all the information on a rental and its associated encounters using the Rental Information Tracking report.
