You can view hidden payers on the
Insurance Listing window on the patient chart, by selecting the
Show Hidden check box.
Note: The Show Hidden check box is not selected by default.
In the
Insurance Listing section, the hidden payers are displayed at the end of the list. If employer insurances are included, the hidden payers are displayed after the employer insurances.
Note: When a new payer is marked as hidden, the payer appears at the end in the list of hidden payers.
You can promote and demote hidden payers only within the group of hidden payers.
Note: If you attempt to promote the hidden payers above the unhidden payers, then a warning message appears stating the restriction.
When you select a payer as Available, promote 
, or demote 
a hidden payer, you must manually save the changes to the database by selecting OK.
