View an Archived Encounter Collection Letter
- Open NextGen® Enterprise PM.
- Select Chart.
The Patient Lookup window opens.
- Enter search criteria to search the desired patient.
- Select Find.
All existing persons and patients that match the search criteria appear in the Matching Records section.
- In the Matching Records list, double-click to open the patient.
The Patient Chart window opens.
- Select the Clinical History/Notes tab.
- Select the Demand Encounter folder.
Display the Date/Time, Creator, Letter Name, and Description fields for each archived encounter collection letter.
- Select the desired letter, and then double-click to open the letter.
The Letter Preview window opens.Note: You cannot print archived letters. Therefore, the Print Dialog and Quick Print fields are not available on the Letter Preview toolbar.
- Select the Close Preview button on the toolbar.
