View an Archived Account Collection Letter
- Open NextGen® Enterprise PM.
- Select Account.
The Account Lookup window opens.
- Enter search criteria to locate the desired account.
- Select Find.
All existing accounts that match the search criteria display in the Account List section.
- Select Account List, and then double-click the account.
The Account Profile window opens for the desired guarantor.
- Select Notes.
- In the Folders list, expand the Letters folder, and then select the Demand Account folder.
The section on the right displays the Date/Time, Creator, Letter Name, and Description for each archived account collection letter.
- Select the desired letter, and then double-click to open the letter.
The Letter Preview window opens.Note: You cannot print archived letters. Therefore, the Print Dialog and Quick Print fields are not available on the Letter Preview toolbar.
- When finished viewing, select Close Preview on the toolbar.
