View an Archived Account Collection Letter

  1. Open NextGen® Enterprise PM.
  2. Select Account.
    The Account Lookup window opens.
  3. Enter search criteria to locate the desired account.
  4. Select Find.
    All existing accounts that match the search criteria display in the Account List section.
  5. Select Account List, and then double-click the account.
    The Account Profile window opens for the desired guarantor.
  6. Select Notes.
  7. In the Folders list, expand the Letters folder, and then select the Demand Account folder.
    The section on the right displays the Date/Time, Creator, Letter Name, and Description for each archived account collection letter.
  8. Select the desired letter, and then double-click to open the letter.
    The Letter Preview window opens.
  9. When finished viewing, select Close Preview on the toolbar.
