Using Event End Time

When you use End Time to configure the end times for the events within an event chain, the Interval minutes are added to the end time of the previous event. The event end time is determined by the duration of the event. End time enables you to add time between events.

Formulas for Setting Up Event Start Times using "End Time"

Previous Event Start Time + Duration = Event End Time

Event End Time + Interval = Next Event Start Time

Example:

8:00 (event 1 start time) + 30 minutes (duration) = 8:30 (event 1 end time)

8:30 (event 1 end time) + 10 minutes (interval) = 8:40 (event 2 start time)

8:40 (event 2 start time) + 15 minutes (duration) = 8:55 (event 2 end time)

8:55 (event 2 end time) + 0 minutes (interval) = 8:55 (event 3 start time)

8:55 (event 3 start time) + 15 minutes (duration) = 9:10 (event 3 end time)

9:10 (event 3 end time) + 15 minutes (interval) = 9:25 (event 4 start time)
