Following are the steps to clear (remove) the interval between events in an event chain:
In NextGen® Enterprise PM, select Admin > Scheduling Admin.
Note: When you select the Enable Enterprise Appointment Scheduling option in Practice Preferences window, the Scheduling Admin option on the Admin menu displays the following two options:
Enterprise
Practice
The Scheduling Administration window opens.
Select the Event Chains tab.
Select an event chain to be modified.
Right-click and select Open from the menu.
The Edit Event Chain window opens.
In the Member Events list, right-click the event that you want to remove the interval, and select Clear Interval.
The Interval, Scale, and Apply To parameters are removed from the event.
Select OK to save the changes and close the window.
