Enable the 'Reports Ran By User' Significant Event

Access NextGen® Enterprise PM. From the Admin menu, select Preferences, and then Significant Events. The Significant Event Information window appears. Track Columns and Filters selected on Reports

The system-level Reports Ran By User significant event message records all Filters and Columns selected by a user when generating a report. This includes columns related to Protected Health Information (PHI), such as patient name, birth date, SSN, etc. For regulatory purposes, this provides a useful means of tracking and auditing the specific information that was included on a report and viewed by a user on a specific date and time.
