Alerts Report

The Alerts report can be used to generate a list of custom alert messages that display to users in NextGen® Enterprise PM. Custom alerts are created by users in a guarantor's Account Profile > Notes tab, or in a patient's Patient Chart > Clinical History/Notes tab. From the report window, you can "drill-down" to the account or chart to see the actual alert message. Note: The Alerts report does not include system-generated alert messages that display based on settings in Practice Preferences > Alerts. Patient Groups Report

The Patient Groups report lists groups that have been created in either NextGen® Enterprise EHR or NextGen® Enterprise PM, including all patients added to or removed from each group. By default, the report is sorted by patient group name. To access the report in NextGen® Enterprise PM, select the Reports menu and select General and then select Patient Groups. Policy Holder Report

The Policy Holder report enables you to generate lists of guarantors and/or patients that are sorted by insurance providers. To access the report in NextGen® Enterprise PM, select the Reports menu and select General and then select Policy Holder. To access the report in File Maintenance, select System Master Files and then select Payers. From the Payers List window, right-click on a payer and select Print and then Policy Holder Listing. Patient Insurance Report

The Patient Insurance report enables you to generate a list of patients sorted and grouped by insurance. To access the report in NextGen® Enterprise PM, select the Reports menu and select General and the select Patient Insurance. To access the report in File Maintenance, select System Master Files and then select Payers. From the Payers List window, right-click on a payer and select Print and then Patient Insurance Listing. Statement Counters

Statement counters automatically record the number of statements that have been generated for every guarantor. In NextGen® Enterprise PM, statement counts are tracked at the following levels: Account-Level Encounter-Level Account-Level Statement Counter The account level statement counter displays the number of statements that have been generated for the account. Statement Run Report

The Statement Run report generates when you select the Update Last Statement Dates check box on the Statement Options window, and you select Yes on the Did Statements Print/Export Correctly? message. The Statement Run report automatically generates when an individual demand statement or a batch of statements is printed or exported in NextGen® Enterprise PM. The report shows information for each account in the statement run. The Statement Run report can also be manually generated before printing or exporting a demand statement or a batch of statements. A report that is run prior to generating statements can be used to: Review which accounts are in the current batch and are ready to have a statement generated. Review the Credit Balance column on the report to identify accounts that should have their credit balance resolved prior to generating statements. Review the Statement Counter column on the report to identify accounts that should be processed for bad debt and go to collections prio
