Setting Up Budget Plans

For budget plans in NextGen® Enterprise PM, you must set up the following in File Maintenance.

You can set up Budget Plans using Budget Letters.

  • Practice Preferences > Budget Accounts
  • File Maintenance > PM Practice Master Files > Letters

Set up budget plans using Budget Statements.

  • Practice Preferences > Budget Accounts
  • File Maintenance > PM System Master Files > Budget Statement Messages
  • File Maintenance > Libraries > Budget Statement
