The Budget Accounts Practice Preferences enable you to set up default parameters for budget plans for your practice.
Budget Letters: This option enables NextGen® Enterprise PM menu, . Budget letters communicate information about a plan in a separate letter. If you select this method, you can select the default letters to print for budget plans. You can select a default letter template for each type of letter. When you print these letter types in NextGen® Enterprise PM, you can choose to use the default template or any other template.

Budget statements communicate dunning messages about a budget plan as additional information printed on the guarantor's statements instead of as a separate letter. If you select this method, you can select the default dunning messages.
