Practice Preferences Payment Processing for the VeriFone Device - TSYS Express

In Practice Preferences Payment Processing you can: Select credit cards and check payment methods for accounts in good standing and in bad debt status. Enable a unique token ID for each credit card on file. When using a card on file, payment transactions use the unique token ID instead of the credit card number. Configure Payment Processing for TSYS Express with VeriFone Device

In NextGen® Enterprise PM, select Admin > Preferences > Practice. The Practice Preferences window opens. From Preference List, select Payment Processing. In Credit Card Processor, select TSYS-Express. To save a unique credit card token ID on the file for future payments, select Save Credit Card Token ID on File. To enter a new device or to map multiple gateway IDs to the VeriFone IP address, select Gateway IDs. For more information about entering a new device and mapping multiple gateway IDs to the VeriFone IP address, go to Add a New Device And Map Multiple Gateway IDs to the VeriFone IP Address. To use a default gateway ID for credit cards on file while making a payment, enter the Default CCOF Gateway ID. Select the payment method and the bad debt payment method. Add a New Device And Map Multiple Gateway IDs to the VeriFone IP Address

In NextGen® Enterprise PM, select Admin > Preferences > Practice. The Practice Preferences window opens. From Preference List, select Payment Processing. In Credit Card Processor, select TSYS-Express. In Default CCOF Gateway ID, enter the default gateway ID. To add a new device, select Gateway IDs. The TSYS-Express Configuration window opens. To map multiple gateway IDs to a single IP address, do the following: In New IP Address, enter the IP address of the VeriFone device. Type the device name and then select Add. The IP address and device name are added to the IP Address/No Device list. To add the description, gateway ID, RegKey ID, and HostedKey ID, select the relevant IP address from the IP Address/No Device list. TSYS provides the values of the Gateway ID, RegKey ID, and HostedKey ID fields. Enter the description, gateway ID, RegKey ID, and HostedKey ID of the device in the grid. Set Up User Preferences for No Device Credit Card Processing - TSYS Express

You must set up and add a No Device configuration to each user who will be processing credit card payments without a device. The No Device configuration is generated from the No Device information entered on the TSYS-Express Configuration window in Practice Preferences Payment Processing. A user or a workstation can be linked to both a No Device configuration and a VeriFone device. Select Admin > Preferences > User > General > Payment Processing tab. The Payment Processing tab on the User Preferences window opens. To link a workstation with a No Device configuration, under Credit Card Devices, select the open menu button and then click New. The User Credit Card Device Setup window opens. Select the No Device configuration and then select Save. The No Device configuration is populated in the Credit Card Devices list. Note: Only one No Device configuration can be set up for each practice. If the No Device configuration is the default selection for your work station, select the No Device

TSYS Express Payment Processing

Processing electronic transactions through the TSYS Express platform enables you to do the following: Store credit card token IDs. Send the user ID of the NextGen user processing the payment. Process the Discover, Mastercard, American Express, or Visa credit card payments through the VeriFone card reader device. Apply credit card payments using the TSYS webform (no device needed). Add credit card on file to the patient's account. Create a task for credit card expiration. User Preferences can include both the No Device configuration and the VeriFone device configuration.
