Configure Payment Processing for TSYS Transaction Central
In NextGen® Enterprise PM, select Admin > Preference > Practice. The Practice Preferences window opens. Select Payment Processing. In the Credit Card Processor field, select TSYS-Central. To set up payment processing for TSYS Transaction Central, do the following: Merchant ID - Enter the assigned identifying number for the credit card transactions. Reg Key - Enter the security key supplied to you by TSYS Transaction Central. Select Payment Method and Bad Debt Payment Method. Add a New Device And Map Multiple Gateway IDs to the VeriFone IP Address
In NextGen® Enterprise PM, select Admin > Preferences > Practice. The Practice Preferences window opens. From Preference List, select Payment Processing. In Credit Card Processor, select TSYS-Express. In Default CCOF Gateway ID, enter the default gateway ID. To add a new device, select Gateway IDs. The TSYS-Express Configuration window opens. To map multiple gateway IDs to a single IP address, do the following: In New IP Address, enter the IP address of the VeriFone device. Type the device name and then select Add. The IP address and device name are added to the IP Address/No Device list. To add the description, gateway ID, RegKey ID, and HostedKey ID, select the relevant IP address from the IP Address/No Device list. TSYS provides the values of the Gateway ID, RegKey ID, and HostedKey ID fields. Enter the description, gateway ID, RegKey ID, and HostedKey ID of the device in the grid. Configure a Practice for Payment Processing
In NextGen® Enterprise PM, select Admin > Preference > Practice. The Practice Preferences window opens. Select Payment Processing. In the Credit Card Processor field, select InstaMed. Do the following to configure payment processing for a single outlet ID in NextGen® Pay powered by InstaMed : Enter the SSO password provided by NextGen® Pay powered by InstaMed. Enter the swipe MID number provided by NextGen® Pay powered by InstaMed. This number is attached to all swiped credit card transactions. Enter the non-swipe MID number provided by NextGen® Pay powered by InstaMed. This number is attached to all credit card transactions when a card is not present or when you key the number into the system.
