Search from the Appointment Lookup Window
You can search for the existing appointments for a patient from the Appointment Lookup.
- To open the Appointment Lookup window, do one of the following:
- From the main toolbar, select the Appt List button.
- Select Tasks > Lookup > Appointments.
The Appointment Lookup window opens. - Enter the search parameters in the Search Criteria section.
- Select Find.
- All existing appointments that match the search criteria entered appear in the Appointment List section.
The Records Found option displays the total number of appointments listed in the Appointment List section.
- From the Appointment List, do one of the following:
- Double-click to open the desired appointment.
The Edit Appointment window opens.
- Select one or more appointments, then right-click and select the desired action from the menu.
- Double-click to open the desired appointment.
- Appointment Lookup Search Criteria
You can use the Search Criteria on the Appointment Lookup window to find a patient's appointments. - Sort the Appointment Lookup Results
You can change the column using which you can sort the appointments in the Appointment List and also change the sorting order. - Add or Remove Columns in the Appointment Lookup Results
You can add or remove columns to the Appointment List as needed.
