Lookup Appointments by Patient Group
You can use the Appointment Lookup window to search for appointments for patients in a specific patient group.
- To access the Appointment Lookup window, do one of the following:
- From the main toolbar, select Appt List.
- From the Tasks menu, select Lookup and then Appointments.
The Appointment Lookup window opens. - Enter appointment lookup search criteria to find the desired appointments. Multiple parameters can be used. For example, select an Appointment Date, an Event, and a Resource.
- In the Patient Group field, select a group name to further limit the search results to include only appointments for patients in a specific group.
Note: This field displays only if the Enable Group Scheduling check box is selected in Practice Preferences > Appt Scheduling.
- Select Find.
Appointments that match all search criteria entered display in the Appointment List section at the bottom of the window.
- To view the group name associated with each appointment in the list, right-click any column header and select Group Name from the list of available columns.
The Group Name column is added to the Appointment List view.Note: This column is available only if the Enable Group Scheduling check box is selected in Practice Preferences > Appt Scheduling.
- From the Appointment List, do one of the following:
- Double-click to open an appointment.
The Edit Appointment window opens. The name of the Patient Group displays in brackets at the top of the window.
- Select one or more appointments on the left, and then right-click and select an action from the menu.
- Double-click to open an appointment.
