Lookup Appointments by Patient Group

You can use the Appointment Lookup window to search for appointments for patients in a specific patient group.

  1. To access the Appointment Lookup window, do one of the following:
    • From the main toolbar, select Appt List.
    • From the Tasks menu, select Lookup and then Appointments.
    The Appointment Lookup window opens.

  2. Enter appointment lookup search criteria to find the desired appointments. Multiple parameters can be used. For example, select an Appointment Date, an Event, and a Resource.
  3. In the Patient Group field, select a group name to further limit the search results to include only appointments for patients in a specific group.
  4. Select Find.
    Appointments that match all search criteria entered display in the Appointment List section at the bottom of the window.
  5. To view the group name associated with each appointment in the list, right-click any column header and select Group Name from the list of available columns.
    The Group Name column is added to the Appointment List view.
  6. From the Appointment List, do one of the following:
    • Double-click to open an appointment.

      The Edit Appointment window opens. The name of the Patient Group displays in brackets at the top of the window.

    • Select one or more appointments on the left, and then right-click and select an action from the menu.
