Restricting Access to Memorized Reports

Access to memorized reports is controlled by the user group security settings in System Administrator. The Operation rights that apply to memorized reports are:

• Access All Memorized Reports- Enables users to view, run, and modify any memorized report secured to another user. When set to Yes, it overrides the Memorized Report Modification, Memorized Report Run, and Memorized Report Save rights.
• Memorized Report Modification- Enables users to define the users and security groups that can modify memorized reports.
• Memorized Report Run- Enables users to define the users and security groups that can run and print memorized reports. Enables users to access the Reports icon for "memorized" reports.
• Memorized Report Save- Enables users to save memorized reports.
• Memorized System Level- Enables users to memorize System Generated reports that are automatically produced after a process is run (for example, Claim Production Status, Batch Listing, Bad Debt).
• Memorized User Level- Enables users to memorize user-generated reports.
