Remove a Custom Max and Duration for a Service Configuration

After a service configuration has been updated with Custom Max and Custom Duration values, the custom values can be removed, if required. For example, if you have updated the wrong service configuration with custom values, or you have updated the correct service configuration but with incorrect custom values.

  1. Access authorizations for a patient's insurance.
    The Authorization Listing window opens.
  2. From the list, select a service unit authorization to be modified, and then select open menu and select Open.
    The Service Unit Limitation Maintenance window opens.

  3. In the Update Custom Service Configurations section, do the following:
    1. In the Service Configurations field, select the configuration for which you want to remove the Custom Max and Custom Duration values.
    2. Select the Remove Custom option.
    3. To remove the custom values for the selected configuration, select Delete.
    The Custom Max and Custom Duration values are removed and are no longer displayed in the Service Configurations section.
