Patient Insurance Report

The Patient Insurance report enables you to generate a list of patients sorted and grouped by insurance. To access the report in NextGen® Enterprise PM, select the Reports menu and select General and the select Patient Insurance. To access the report in File Maintenance, select System Master Files and then select Payers. From the Payers List window, right-click on a payer and select Print and then Patient Insurance Listing. Authorizations Report

You can track insurance authorizations by using the Authorizations report. The report filters can be set up by effective date, payer, number of encounters, number of encounters left, units, and number of units left. Statements Report

The Statements report provides a list of guarantor accounts that had a statement generated within a specified date range. It is an account-level report that is similar to the Statement Run report. By default, the report is sorted and grouped by User Name and Practice Name. To access the report in NextGen® Enterprise PM, select the Reports menu and select General and then select Statements. Patient Groups Report

The Patient Groups report lists groups that have been created in either NextGen® Enterprise EHR or NextGen® Enterprise PM, including all patients added to or removed from each group. By default, the report is sorted by patient group name. To access the report in NextGen® Enterprise PM, select the Reports menu and select General and then select Patient Groups. Eligibility Referral Report

The Eligibility Referral report is available if your system is licensed for NextGen Eligibility Verification. You can use the report to track referral requests submitted to payers from NextGen® Enterprise PM. For more information, go to the NextGen Healthcare Success Community and download the User Guide for NextGen® Eligibility Verification Report configuration and filter options include Create Date, Status, Inquiry Type, Response Status, Payer Subgrouping, Primary Payer, Provider Subgrouping, and Rendering Provider.
