Patient Groups Report

The Patient Groups report lists groups that have been created in either NextGen® Enterprise EHR or NextGen® Enterprise PM, including all patients added to or removed from each group. By default, the report is sorted by patient group name. To access the report in NextGen® Enterprise PM, select the Reports menu and select General and then select Patient Groups. Patient Insurance Report

The Patient Insurance report enables you to generate a list of patients sorted and grouped by insurance. To access the report in NextGen® Enterprise PM, select the Reports menu and select General and the select Patient Insurance. To access the report in File Maintenance, select System Master Files and then select Payers. From the Payers List window, right-click on a payer and select Print and then Patient Insurance Listing. Managing Cases for Patient Encounter Data

The case functionality in NextGen® Enterprise PM enables you to view and group common patient encounter data in to a case. You can use the Case Management tab under Patient Information to manage cases for a patient. The Case Managementtab is available only when the Enable Case Management option is selected in the Case Management tab of the Practice Preferences window in File Maintenance. You can enable enterprise case management to allow patient cases to be available to all the practices in an enterprise. Modify a Case on the Patient Chart

You can modify a case in NextGen® Enterprise PM at any time. Access the chart for the patient. Select the Case Management tab. Select the open menu icon and select Open. Alternatively, right-click on a case in the Cases window and select Open. Make any necessary modifications to the selected Case or the related data. Select OK. Parent topic: Creating a Case
