Managing Cases for Patient Encounter Data
The case functionality in NextGen® Enterprise PM enables you to view and group common patient encounter data in to a case. You can use the Case Management tab under Patient Information to manage cases for a patient.
The Case Managementtab is available only when the Enable Case Management option is selected in the Case Management tab of the Practice Preferences window in File Maintenance. You can enable enterprise case management to allow patient cases to be available to all the practices in an enterprise.
