The 
Note tab on the 
Add/Edit Appointment window displays chart-level and encounter-level notes for the patient. A new note can be added for a person or patient by selecting 
New from the right-click menu. The following can be done for an existing note by selecting the option from the right-click menu: 
  
   - Open
 
   - Delete
 
   - Attach to Mail
 
   - Print
 
   - Seal
 
  
  
 Note: A sealed note cannot be modified or deleted. The user must enter their Login ID and Password to seal a note.
