Modify a Patient Group
To modify a patient group in NextGen® Enterprise PM or NextGen® Enterprise EHR, do the following:
- Access Patient Groups.
The Patient Group Search window opens.
- Search for a Patient Group.
- In the Matching Records section of the Patient Group Search window, select a group to be modified and then do one of the following:
- Select Open.
- Select Open Menu
and select Open.
- Right-click and select Open.
The Patient Group window opens. - On the General tab, modify general information for the group.
- Select the Members tab to do any of the following:
- Add members to the group.
- Access for a member in the group.
- Remove members from the group.
- Transfer members from the group to another group.
- Add a member to an existing group appointment.
- Select the Appointments tab to view future group appointments scheduled for the group.
- To save changes and close the window, select OK.
- Access Patient Information for a Member in a Patient Group
- Remove Members from a Patient Group
- Transfer Members from One Patient Group to Another
- Add, Remove and Transfer Members in a Patient Group
- Add a Member to an Existing Group Appointment
You can include new members in a patient group. You can also select existing future group appointments scheduled for the patient group and create individual appointments for the new member.
