Add a Member to an Existing Group Appointment

You can add a member to existing future group appointments scheduled for the group.

For example, assume three group appointments are scheduled for the Anger Management patient group. John Doe wants to join the patient group and attend two of the group appointments. You can add John to the Anger Management patient group and create appointments for him for the selected future appointments .

  1. Open the appointment book.
  2. Select Patient Group on the toolbar.
    The Patient Group Search window opens.
  3. Search for and open the desired patient group.
  4. Select the Members tab where the patients in the patient group are displayed.
  5. To add a member to an existing group appointment, select the check box for the patient, select Open Menu, and then select Add to Existing Grp Appt.
    The Add Member to Existing Group Appointments window opens.

  6. In the Upcoming Appointments section, select the check box for group appointments the member should be added to. All appointments are selected by default.
  7. Select OK.
    The member is added to the selected group appointments..
