Keyboard Shortcuts
The following keyboard shortcuts can be used in NextGen® Enterprise PM to perform common actions.

| Alt+F4 | Closes NextGen® Enterprise PM. |
| Ctrl+F4 | Closes the active window in NextGen® Enterprise PM. |
| Alt+Underlined Letter | Selects an option. Example: Alt+N selects Next |
| Alt+Down Arrow | Opens a menu of picklist items. |
| Up/Down Arrows | Highlights a picklist item. |
| Ctrl+Shift+End | Highlights all picklist items. |
| Space Bar | Selects or clears a highlighted picklist item. |
| Shift+End+Space Bar | Selects all pickist items. |
| Alt+Tab | Toggles between open applications. |
| Ctrl+Tab | Toggles between open windows in NextGen® Enterprise PM. |
| Tab | Moves to the next field. |
| Shift+Tab | Moves to the previous field. |
| Ctrl+C | Copies the highlighted text. |
| Ctrl+X | Cuts the highlighted text. |
| Ctrl+V | Pastes cut or copied text. |
| Esc | Closes alerts in NextGen® Enterprise PM. |
