Navigation Bar

View History Information

Open the Person Information or Patient Information window for the desired person or patient. Select the History tab. The following history information is listed in column format. You can resize and reorder columns. Date/Time: Displays the date and time the change was made. Creator: Displays the name of the user who made the change. Description: Displays the type of change made. Old Information: Displays information prior to the change. Displays <none> if information did not exist prior to the change. Member History

Users who do not have View Patient Name permission can view a patient family unit in the Member History window. Information fields for the current patient (Name/Alias, Sex, and Date of Birth) appear at the top of the window. Family Units section: Displays a list of all family units the current patient is a member of and shows the relationship of this patient within each family unit. History Tab

The History tab on the Add/Edit Appointment window displays a history of all past, present and future appointments for the patient. Confirmed, deleted, retained, and reschedule indicators display for each appointment listed. Users can resize and rearrange the columns to suit their preferences. Users can also sort by each column by selecting the column header, with the exception of the indicator columns. Select the check box for multiple appointments and then select OK to link those appointments together. This can be helpful when canceling multiple appointments for a single patient. View the Search History

To view the history of your searches in the Data Share module, you can open the Search History pane on the Home tab. You can perform the following actions for the Search History pane. To control the relative sizes of the Search History and Export History panes, select the collapse Collapse Pane or expand icon in either pane. To control the maximum number of items displayed on each page or to move to previous or later pages, use the icons at the bottom of the Search History pane. Page Controls To refresh the data in the Search History pane, select the refresh Refresh icon at the bottom of the pane. To view the results of an existing search, select the date and time in the Search Date column.The search results pane opens on the right. You can perform the same actions there as if you had just initiated a search from the Search tab. Set Columns for Problem History

You can set preferences for columns that should display in the Problem History window. In the Problem History window, select the Preferences button. The Preferences menu opens. Set Columns to Display To specify which columns you want to display on the Problems Notes window, do the following: Select Set Columns to Display. The View Preferences window opens. View Preferences From the Available Columns section, select the columns and select Add to move them to the right pane. From the Display these fields in this order section, select any columns you want to remove and select Remove. Select Move Up or Move Down to set the order the columns are displayed.
