From the Reports menu, select System, then Data Maintenance, and then History/Non-History Status.
The following prompt displays: This report is database intensive and will affect all users. This should be run after hours. Are you sure you wish to continue?
To continue, select Yes.
The Report Filter window appears.
To continue, select OK.
The report generates and one of the following occurs:
No errors are found and the following prompt displays; There is not data to report!
To close the prompt, select OK.
Errors are found and the report displays on the screen.
