- Open NextGen® Enterprise PM.
- From the Admin menu, select Preferences, and then Practice.
The Practice Preferences window opens.
- In the Preferences List, select Charge Entry and then select the Charges tab.
- Select the Addtl prov check box.
- Enter a name for the field to be added to the Charge Posting window.
For example, Nurse
- Select one of the following:
- If the additional providers are set up in the Providers master file as rendering providers, select Practice renderings.
- If the additional providers are set up in the Providers master file as non-rendering providers, select All providers.
- Select OK.
The Additional Provider field appears on the Charge Posting window.
