EHR Manual Charge Processing - History Report
When procedures from the NextGen® Enterprise EHR Procedures Module are passed to the charge "holding tank" in NextGen® Enterprise EHR, you can use the EHR Manual Charge Processing - History report to review charges that were previously in the holding tank but have since been processed or rejected in NextGen® Enterprise PM. The report displays encounter-level and charge-level information for each charge.
The report has "drill-down" functionality. You can double-click an encounter to access the tab directly from the report. From the encounter, you can then access the Charge Posting window and view the NextGen® Enterprise EHR charges previously processed on the encounter.
To access the report in NextGen® Enterprise PM, select the Reports menu and select General and then select EHR Manual Charge Processing - History.
