Patient Chart Demographics with Providers Report

The Patient Chart Demographics with Providers report pulls patient demographics information and user-defined patient provider information from the Provider tab of the Add/Modify Patient Information window. User Defined Patient Providers are created in Practice Preferences > Provider. Up to 12 provider preference names can be defined. Once created, the Provider tab becomes available on the Add/Modify Patient Information window. Multiple providers can be recorded for a patient, each with a Preference Name, Provider Name, Effective Date, Expiration Date, and Expiration Reason. To access the report in NextGen® Enterprise PM, select the Reports menu and select General and then select Patient Chart Demographics with Providers. Patient Chart Demographics Report

The Patient Chart Demographics report lists patients for the selected practice(s). The report sorts by practice. You can filter the report on birth date, sex, marital status, address fields, or the Chart User-defined fields. To access the report in NextGen® Enterprise PM, select the Reports menu and select General and then select Patient Chart Demographics. From the Report Filter window, select the Info button to view the following information about the report: Logic This report produces one line for each patient with a Chart in the selected Practice(s). If multiple Practices are selected, the patient will be repeated for each Practice where a chart exists. The “Rendering” column pulls data from the Default Rendering selected on the patient chart > chart details tab. Filtering Info Create date is the date the chart was created. Significant Events Report

The Significant Events report provides an audit trail for specific user activity that has occurred within the NextGen Enterprise applications. These are known as significant events. When a significant event occurs, a message is recorded in each patient's chart. The message includes the name of the user that performed the event, the date/time the event occurred, and both pre-modification and post-modification information. Some significant events are System Level and are recorded for all practices in all enterprises. Other events are Enterprise Level and are recorded for all practices within the same enterprise. Other events are Practice Level and are recorded for the practice(s) in which they have been enabled. Patient Groups Report

The Patient Groups report lists groups that have been created in either NextGen® Enterprise EHR or NextGen® Enterprise PM, including all patients added to or removed from each group. By default, the report is sorted by patient group name. To access the report in NextGen® Enterprise PM, select the Reports menu and select General and then select Patient Groups. Patient Insurance Report

The Patient Insurance report enables you to generate a list of patients sorted and grouped by insurance. To access the report in NextGen® Enterprise PM, select the Reports menu and select General and the select Patient Insurance. To access the report in File Maintenance, select System Master Files and then select Payers. From the Payers List window, right-click on a payer and select Print and then Patient Insurance Listing.
