Delete a Charge
- Open NextGen® Enterprise PM.
- Select Charges.
The Charge Posting window opens.
- Select the patient and the charge you want to delete.
The system displays the charges for the selected encounter.
- You can do one of the following to delete a charge.
- Select the charge, and then select Delete.
- Right click the charge, and then select Delete.
Note: The Delete button on the Charge Posting window is available for unprocessed charges with no transactions or auto adjustments. - Select Save.
