View Recall Plans

Add a New Recall Plan
A patient can be placed on a Recall Plan from the following areas in NextGen® Enterprise PM: Appointment Book Add/Edit Appointment window > Recall/Waitlist tab Appointment List/Lookup Chart > Patient Information Bar > Recall Plans button Chart > Clinical History/Notes tab Chart > Encounters tab Check-in / Check-out AutoFlow Sequence > Patient Recall Add a Duplicate Recall Plan Add or Update Recall Plans from Reports Add a Recall Plan from the Appointment Book Add a Recall Plan from the Add/Edit Appointment Window Add a Recall Plan from the Appointment Lookup Window Parent topic: Recall Plans

NextGen® Enterprise EHR Task
On the Add EHR Task window, do the following: In the Priority field, select one of the following. This field is required. High Low Normal In the Due Date field, enter the date on which the task must be completed. This field is required. Note: The default is today's date, or the current system date. In the Subject field, enter a free-text subject for the task. This field is required. In the Assigned To field, do one of the following. This field is required. Select one or more Users or Task Workgroups for the task. Pres the Ctrl and M keys on the keyboard to assign the task to yourself. In the Details field, enter additional free-text details for the task. This field is required. Enter the Ctrl, Shift and D keys on the keyboard to add a signature line that includes your name and the current date and time. To save changes and close the window, select OK. The task is created and assigned to the selected users. They can access the task from the Workflow module in NextGen® Enterprise EHR. To

Create Tasks for NextGen® Enterprise
Open NextGen® Enterprise PM. Do one of the following: Open a patient chart and from the Encounters tab, right-click an encounter and select EHR Tasks from the menu. Open a patient chart and from the Clinical History/Notes tab, right-click on Tasks under Topics and select New EHR Tasks from the menu. From the Encounter Lookup window, right-click an encounter, and then select EHR Tasks from the menu. Select Tasks menu > Create EHR Task. The Add EHR Task window opens. Enter the necessary details in the required fields, and then select OK. After the new task is sent to NextGen® Enterprise, it no longer displays in NextGen® Enterprise PM. The tasks can be viewed only within NextGen® Enterprise.
