NextGen® Enterprise EHR Task

On the Add EHR Task window, do the following:
  1. In the Priority field, select one of the following. This field is required.
    • High
    • Low
    • Normal
  2. In the Due Date field, enter the date on which the task must be completed. This field is required.
  3. In the Subject field, enter a free-text subject for the task. This field is required.
  4. In the Assigned To field, do one of the following. This field is required.
    • Select one or more Users or Task Workgroups for the task.
    • Pres the Ctrl and M keys on the keyboard to assign the task to yourself.
  5. In the Details field, enter additional free-text details for the task. This field is required.
    Enter the Ctrl, Shift and D keys on the keyboard to add a signature line that includes your name and the current date and time.
  6. To save changes and close the window, select OK.
    The task is created and assigned to the selected users. They can access the task from the Workflow module in NextGen® Enterprise EHR.
  7. To close the Edit Recall Plan window, select Cancel.
