Columns in the Lookup Results
The following table provides information about various columns on the People Lookup and Patient Lookup windows:

| Auto size all columns | Automatically resizes all columns to fit the content in each column. |
| Name | The last name, first name, and middle name for each person or patient in the General subtab of the Demographics tab in the Patient Information window. |
| Suffix | Suffix for each person/patient in the General subtab of the Demographics tab in the Patient Information window. |
| Patient Portal | Displays Y or N indicating whether the person or patient is enrolled in the NextGen® PxP Portal.

| Preferred Name | Preferred name for each person/patient in the General subtab of the Demographics tab in the Patient Information window. |
| Maiden Name | Mother's Maiden Name for each person or patient the Demographics tab in the Patient Information window. |
| Address | Address, City, State and Zip for each person/patient the Demographics tab in the Patient Information window. |
| Sex | Birth Sex for each person/patient in the General subtab of the Demographics tab in the Patient Information window. |
| Birth Dt | Date of Birth for each person/patient in the General subtab of the Demographics tab in the Patient Information window. |
| SS Nbr | Patient's SSN for each person/patient in the General subtab of the Demographics tab in the Patient Information window. If the Display L4SSN option is configured in Practice Preferences, only the last four digits of the SSN appear. |
| Home Phone | Home phone number for each person/patient in the Demographics tab in the Patient Information window. |
| Person Nbr | Personal phone number for each person/patient. |
| Other ID Nbr | Displays the Other ID Number for each person/patient in the External tab in the Patient Information window. |
| Enr Sts | Displays the NextGen® PxP Portal enrollment status for each patient or person. | Ord Dt | Order Date for the patient.

| Ord Remake | Order Remake indicator (Y or N) for each patient.

| Doc # | Document Number for each patient.

| % | Percentage match based on the search criteria used.

| Ent Chart | Enterprise Chart indicator (Y or N) for each patient in the Demographics tab in the Patient Information window. |
| Med Rec | Medical Record Number for each patient the General subtab of the Demographics tab in the Patient Information window. |
| Gender Identity | Gender Identity for each person/patient.
