Column Filters in Service Item Summary - Transaction Source Report

Use the following parameters in the Filter 1 section to filter the data on the report: Charge Create Date: Include charges with a Create Date within a date range. Charge Process Date: Include charges with a Process Date within a date range. Charge Service Date: Include charges with a Service Date within a date range. Outsource Date: Include line items outsourced within a date range. Transaction Post Date: Include transactions with a Post Date within a date range. Transaction Process Date: Include transactions with a Process Date within a date range. Transaction Date: Include transactions with a Transaction Date within a date range. Charge Type: Include/exclude charges by type. Select Encounter and/or Invoice. Unposted Transactions: Include/exclude unposted transactions. Select either Only or Exclude (default). Slide %: Include line items where the Sliding Fee adjustment is within a percentage range. Outsource: Include/exclude outsourced line items. Select either Only, Exclude, or Inclu

Service Item Summary - Extended Amount and Transactions Report

This charge-based report retrieves all charges that fall into a selected date range. It then brings over all (or date-specified) transactions attached to those charges such as adjustments, payments, and refunds. It is sorted by practice, location name, and service item. To access the report in NextGen® Enterprise PM, select the Reports menu and select Monthly, then select Service Item Summary, and then select Extended Amount and Transactions. Note: This report can be enabled to use enhanced reporting functionality. For more information, see Enhanced Reports in NextGen® Enterprise PM. From the Report Filter window, select the Info button to view the following information about the report: Logic: All charges and transactions are tracked to the primary payer on the encounter. All transactions are tracked back to the original charge: If only a charge date range is entered; all charges within the specified date range are displayed and all transactions associated to those charges, regardless

Select Procedure Data

Select Procedure from the Report Filter Settings List. Report Filter Select to display the Procedure Search window. Procedure Search Enter a pertinent Code or Description as a search criterion. Select Search. Select the desired Procedures. Select OKReport Filter Select whether to display patients who have had problems within specific date criteria, for example: Patients who have never had the problem before or after a specific date or between a specific date range. Patients who have ever had a problem before or after a specific date. Patients who have not had this problem since a specific date. The following table lists the filters available in the Filter 1 section. Filter Description Claim Status Request Date The date range of the claim status request. Claim Status Response Date The date range of the claim status response. Claim Status Includes one or more of the following statuses selected in the report for the claims: Accepted Mixed Rejected Not Reported Pending You can use the following operators on columns in theFilter 2section to filter the data in the report: Between Equals Not Equals Greater Than Less Than Like You can use the Payer section to filter data on the report by payer name.
