Address Change Report

The Address Change report is generated when the Change of Address Update process is run in NextGen® Enterprise PM to import an address update file obtained from a print services vendor. For example, if you use NextGen® EDI services to print and mail statements or letters from export files created in NextGen® Enterprise PM, they can provide "Fast Forward" address update files to you from their website.

After downloading a file from the vendor, the Change of Address Update process is used to import the file into NextGen® Enterprise PM. Upon completion of the import, an Address Change report is generated. The report provides details based on information provided in the imported file, such as patient name, old address, and new address.
