Access Authorization from Insurance Sub-Tab
- Do one of the following:
- Select Open Menu
and then select Authorization.
- Right-click and then select Authorization.

Access the Patient Chart. Select the Patient Information tab and then the Case Management sub-tab. Select and open a case. The Case Management window opens. Select the Financial tab. In the Payers for this Case section, select an insurance. Do one of the following: Select Open Menu and then select Authorizations. Right-click and then select Authorizations. Select an insurance from one of the following: Modify Patient Information window. On the Insurance sub-tab under the Encounters tab in Patient Chart . Encounter Insurance Selection window.
