- Do one of the following:
- Select Open Menu
and then select Authorization.
- Right-click and then select Authorization.

Access the Patient Chart. Select the Encounters tab. From the Encounters list, select an encounter. Select the Insurance sub-tab. In the Encounter Insurance section, select an insurance.
